I’ll contact you via email and send you an invoice, if I decide we are a good fit to train together.
After completed payment I will send you a list of test exercises, that you will be required to film yourself (nothing special, with a phone)
After seeing your current level, I will design a custom 4-week program (no cookie cutter, each program is individually designed)
During online coaching we communicate via whatsapp, where you can send me videos of your exercises and ask me anything. I am here to help you.
Program is adapted if needed. After 4 weeks a new program is designed.
