For this stretching program you don’t need any equipment. But I suggest you find a soft mat so that you won’t feel any pain under your knees.

Stretching trainings are really simple. You just follow the videos, where I gradually guide you through warm up and stretching exercises, so you won’t get injured. Trainings are 10-25 minutes long, depends on the level you will choose.
