To start off with I would kindly ask you to just trust me and follow my stretching routines and videos.

In the program you have beginner, intermediate and advanced program with an 8 week long schedule with different stretching routines. Some of them repeat, as your body needs to slowly adapt to the stretching positions.

You start with week 1 where you have all the videos for that week. I will gradually guide you through the warm up and flexibility training to prevent you from getting injured. From there you will slowly proceed all the way to week 8.
