This program is suitable for women and men of all ages.  From beginners who can’t touch their toes in a forward bend and also for those who are already active and want to improve their flexibility.

We all know how important flexibility is, but most people don’t know how to get started and improve it. It’s not enough if you only hold a specific stretch for a few seconds. You need a different approach. 

For this stretching program you don’t need any equipment. But I suggest you find a soft mat so that you won’t feel any pain under your knees. 

Sure you can. This program is designed so that it can be done at home. All you need is a bit of space to move safely from stretch to stretch.

The stretching trainings are really simple. You just follow the videos where I gradually guide you through warm up and stretching exercises, so you don’t get injured.
 
I also give instructions on how to perform exercises correctly and on what you need to be careful of. Trainings are 5-30 minutes long, depends on the level you will choose.
